Welcome to Central Area Aboriginal Christian Church

At Central Area Aboriginal Christian Church, we are dedicated to spreading the True Word of God (KJV) and Standing on the True Word of God.

Standing Firm on the True Word of God

At our church, we are deeply committed to the unwavering truth of God’s Word. We believe in the power and authority of the Scriptures, which remain timeless and unchanging. In a world that is constantly shifting, our foundation is firmly rooted in God’s eternal teachings, offering guidance, hope, and purpose for every season of life. Through faith, fellowship, and the transformative power of His Word, we aim to honor God and serve our community with love and humility. Join us as we stand together on the true, unchanging, infallible Word of God.

Meet our Pastoral Team

Greg Kelly

Pastor

Clive Hayden

Principal

Principal Clive, born and raised in Doodlakine, spent his early years immersed in learning the Word of God. In July 1971, he committed his life to the Lord under the ministry of Pastor Denzel Humphries. Responding to God's calling, Clive pursued theological studies at Bible College, which eventually led him to a life of full-time ministry. In 1995, Clive was called to serve as the Principal of the Bible College—a role he continues to fulfill with dedication to this day. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the lives of countless students as both a lecturer and mentor. Beyond his responsibilities at the college, Clive serves as an Elder in the church and has traveled extensively across Australia and internationally, preaching and teaching at conventions and local church gatherings. Clive is supported in his ministry by his wife, Mrs. Wendy Hayden, who has been a steadfast partner in his journey. Together, they are proud parents of two children and grandparents to seven cherished grandchildren. The pinnacle of Principal's Ministry was his memorable journey to Israel alongside his wife and daughter. During this profound experience, he preached at Gethsemane and stood inside the tomb where Jesus was laid to rest.

Lyall Garlett

Elder

Elder Lyall has been an active member of the church since 1988 and is also part of the ACC Teaching Centre of WA. He has been happily married to his wife, Cindy, for 49 years, and together they have been devoted members of the ACC church for most of their lives. Lyall and Cindy are proud parents of four sons and grandparents to 11 grandchildren. In addition to his many commitments, Elder Lyall also serves as the treasurer at the Harrisdale church over many years.
